WELDING AND METAL WORKS
At the beginning of 2016, we opened a very modern equipped welding and metal workshop where we can make everything tailor-made at a stone’s throw from the Hofcampweg at Van Hallstraat 14. In doing so, we build on our years of experience with small welding and construction work while maintaining our successful approach: fast, flexible and accommodating for a good price.
The workshop includes a Nargessa benching machine, Geka Punching machine Minicrop, plate shear guillotine bullit and Nargessa crushing roll. In addition, we can perform assembly and welding work on site using our service car.
NARGESSA BENCHING MACHINE
Just be able to do a little bit more. That certainly applies to our Nargessa benching machine. With this 15-ton machine we are able to fold various types of 3000 mm wide and 6 mm thick plate material as if it is paper. “Everything customised and exactly the way you want it” is definitely valid for this machine.
PLATE SHEAR GUILLOTINE BULLIT
With this shear we can cut various types of plate material with a width of 3000 mm and a thickness of 6 mm as a hot knife through butter. All in one piece and no strange welding seams: good work.
NARGESSA FORMING ROLL
The Nargessa forming roll rolls each piece of iron into the desired curl, flat strip, round corner line or tube. Everything is possible with this machine. An all-in-one for iron ornaments.
GEKA PUNCHING MACHINE MINICROP
This machine can be used in four ways and presses various models of holes from 6 mm to 32mm. Cut into 16 mm thick material, strip and trim profiles.
An easy adjustability and an enormous versatility are features of this machine.
